What happens when I decide to move out?

If you need to move out before your lease ends, several options may be available. Residents who break their lease are typically responsible for a reletting fee equal to one month's rent and any remaining lease obligations until a replacement resident is found. You may also choose to pay your remaining lease balance in full to avoid the reletting fee. If you find someone to take over your lease, please notify the office before they apply. Once the new resident is approved, you'll complete your move-out process and return your keys, and the new resident will be scheduled for move-in.
